Chatter Manager
You run the chatting side of the agency: you lead the systems, own conversion and revenue, refine the scripts and scale the sales. You're a real manager here, you have targets, you own them, and you build the systems to hit them.
Who we are, and the mission
We're an AI-creators agency, and we're scaling it to multi 7 figs a month, fast. The knowledge, the team, the resources and the systems are already here. What we always need is more ultra-determined people to build it with. That's this role.
It's founder-led: you work directly with Arthur, the owner. You'll be pushed and you'll grow. We teach you AI, Claude Code and our tools, and we help you break your own limiting beliefs. Eat well, train, be on time, be professional. It's not corporate, but respect and principles are everything to us.
We work from the main office in Bucharest (Romania), 12 hours a day, every day. Two offices side by side: one for Adarai (our AI team) and one for ALI Remote, another of Arthur's companies. Everything we run on is custom-built in-house, our own CRM and our own software, so you go through no one: you're autonomous, anti-fragile and built for the long term.

Your mission
- Manage and coach the chatters: shifts, quality, scripts, accountability
- Own conversion and revenue per chatter and across your whole team
- Refine scripts and improve our tools (all custom-built) so sales scale
- Hit your targets, raise the questions that need raising, and push the numbers up every week
What we look for
- Fluent, bilingual English, non-negotiable
- Speaking french is a big plus
- Real experience as a chatter and/or running a chatting or sales team, cash and sales experience matters here
- Ready to move to Bucharest for at least 6 to 12 months and be at the office every day (one trip home a month is totally fine)
- Autonomous, data-driven, fast, and a warrior mindset built for the long term

A fixed base PLUS a percentage of the revenue your team generates, so you make a real living and win bigger as we grow.
